I found a beautiful poem in an old missal for little children from the early 1920's. I thought it was one of the sweetest poems I have ever read.
Goodnight, Sweet Jesus
Goodnight, sweet Jesus,
Guard us in sleep;
Our souls and bodies
In Thy love keep!
Waking or sleeping,
Keep us in sight;
