Blase, Stephen, and I have been attending daily Mass a few extras times a week since Lent started. As a result we have been adopted by the daily Mass goers in town. Blase has learned how to serve the English Mass for Fr. Castor (and is now a back up for funeral Masses). Another thing he has accomplished is read the readings for a Saturday Mass. He was nervous, but did fine. He has been practicing reading louder here at home so if he has to do it again he will be ready. I'm so proud of him stepping outside his comfort zone to help the parish out.
