The main and most important reason we were down in South Dakota was for the baptism of our niece. We were asked to be her Godparents. We couldn't be more happy and blessed. What an honor!!
Waiting for the baptism to begin.
Uncle Loman got to be the altar server. Lucky guy!
The happy family and us lucky Godparents.
Beautiful Zoey and her beautiful soul!
I kinda wish they would have let us take her home for a bit. Just until she needed a bath. I love the smell of a newly baptized baby!
My brother John and his wife, Maria, and their beautiful daughters, Lia and Zoey...
and Fr. Hathaway.
Aunt Mauri and Jenna
Cormac asking Father a hundred questions - well, at least twenty, I think.
Bella and Gianna
Hard to believe they are only 9 days apart in age.
After the baptism we went back to Mom and Dad's and had an ice cream and cake party.
Poor Zoey missed her own party. She needed her beauty sleep and her mom and dad needed to catch up on their sleep.
