Celebrating Saint Francis' Day

October 4th - Saint Francis' feast day
November - yes, I know it is November.  Where did October go?
Blase made all the desserts and the meal by himself.  This was all after a morning of dove hunting too.  It was his "first" time in the kitchen without much help.  I can't wait until he takes over for good!
