This is a head shot of our newest guest. He is just about two feet long. He is living between the house and the front door step. I remember when I was young a rattlesnake made its home between my parents' house and the front door step. Thankfully this guest is a bit nicer. I do have to give it props for the fact that it freaked Blase out when he was going in the house. Not many things have managed to freak Blase out. I went outside to take a better picture of it, but it crawled between the step and house before I could get a picture. As I was standing there watching the camera shut off on its own. I jumped two feet in the air as I didn't expect it. I guess this guest has us all a bit jumpy.
