The Fish Ruined My Homework

The fish ruined Blase's homework - well, not really the fish, but the fish tank.

There was a paper towel on top of the fish tank because Kitty has been known to splash wild enough to get water on the stove and under the cabinet.  Some helpful person moved the paper towel just right so that part of it dipped into the tank and the other part hung off the end of the tank. I am sure you can see where this is flowing.  (ha ha) The paper towel siphoned the water out of the tank and onto the counter.

Among the things covered in water were a beautifully colored picture for Grandma Ingalls by Brech, a handful of scrap papers for math, random notes, and Blase's science notebook.
He spent the next couple of hours blow drying his science notebook.
He saved the book - much to his disappointment.
Silver lining - the counter ended up being cleaned off after this ordeal.
All that clutter went into the garbage.  That's one way to take care of stacks of paper.
Maybe Kitty should help clean the counters more often.

"FALL IN"

When I say "Fall in!" my kids line up, in order of age, and stand at attention.
We all had a good laugh at the twinnies trying to line up too.
After, "At ease," I had to take a couple cute pictures.
They really did try their best to line up.  Gotta love it when the big peoples give little peoples examples that are worth following.
