I'm trying something new tonight.
AKA - Stepping outside my comfort zone.
I'm canning green beans with a pressure cooker. First time...ever.
Ok, she's ready. I need a cool name for her.
The pressure is building and I'm a bit less worried - just a wee bit less.
Then it jiggled....and I about fell off the chair.
I've got five minutes left on the processing....then we wait....and wait....and I can worry just a bit more about taking the lid off for the first.
