Cormac makes Dirt Cups, but Rex makes Cheesecake Cupcakes. They were so good. We topped them with either chocolate, caramel or cherry pie filling - OR ALL THREE for the brave boys. There have been many requests since then for more cheesecake. I'm not going to argue!
