Dad and Mom's 40th Wedding Anniversary

Sometime in February or March I realized I was going to be 40 this year.  That also meant that my parents would be celebrating their 40th anniversary this year.  SOOO, that meant we (being the siblings and I) needed to put on an anniversary party.

We planned the party for their actual anniversary, April 15.  The reception was held in the actual room (church was turned into the hall) that had gotten married in forty years before.  They had all their wedding party show up.  That was a great blessing.

For table decorations we displayed all the grandkids' pictures.

Pictures from their wedding showed all the 70's styles.
On a side table we displayed the family pictures or kids' individual pictures.

Careful, Andrew.
 Don't spill it, Andrew.
 GREAT JOB, Andrew!!

Albert showed up in the ACTUAL suit he wore in the wedding.

We recreated the picture below.
I'm pretty sure that is the same table!
